Payments are made in accordance with the terms outlined in your service agreeement. Upon completion of the project and successful final inspection, we will submit all required documentation through your EBB dashboard to the Earthquake Brace + Bolt program. The rebate check is typically issued within 3 to 4 weeks thereafter.
For any questions or concerns regarding your project or the EBB program, please reach out directly to Premier Choice Restoration and Building Services. Communicating with the EBB program independently regarding matters we are already managing can lead to confusion and may inadvertently delay your project’s progress.
To initiate the process, we require a signed contract and the initial deposit. Once you’re ready, please contact our Job Scheduling Department at info@premierchoicerestoration.com, and we will guide you through the subsequent steps to move your project forward.
Following project completion, we will coordinate the city’s final inspection. Once the inspection is approved and the final payment has been received, our EBB coordinator will promptly submit all required documentation—including the signed permit, post-completion photographs, and itemized receipts—to facilitate a timely processing of your rebate.
Upon approval of your application, you have 90 days to select a contractor and upload the required documentation. The seismic retrofit must then be completed within six months from the date of approval.
